Various Marketing Programs
Usborne Books & More is a network marketing system. The four
ways that you can market Usborne Books are Home Shows, Direct Sales, Book
Fairs, and School & Library sales. This is an opportunity for someone who
wants to work for himself or herself, either part-time for an extra income, or
full-time, building financial security.
| Home Shows |
The Hostess earns free books based on the Retail Sales and
Customer Specials. Customer Specials are available for customers to purchase
when they order a minimum at retail. The Retail Sales for a Home Show must be
at least $85. |

Literacy For A Lifetime |
Literacy for a Lifetime™ is a matching grant program partnering
Educational Development Corporation (EDC) with businesses, foundations, and
individuals to support local educational institutions. For more information

| Direct Sales |
Retail Sales to customers with no Hostess involved. Customer
Specials can also be offered on Direct Sales. The minimum order for a Direct
Sale is $25 retail. |

Reach For The Stars |
Reach For The Stars is a fund raiser program that REWARDS your
children for READING by giving them FREE BOOKS as well as new books to your
their school. It is a pledge-based reading incentive program that returns over
100% back to the school and students in a combination of Usborne Books and
cash. |
| Book Fairs |
Retail Sales sponsored by a hospital, daycare, preschool
or other organization. The minimum order is $200 retail. Book Fairs earn 25% of
the total Retail Sales in free books to the organization when the total sales
are between $200 and $499.99 and 50% in free books if the sales are over $500
retail to the organization. |

School & Library |
Sales to the School and Library market. You must be an
Educational Consultant to sell directly to public and private K –12 schools and
libraries. Only Educational Consultants may conduct Book Fairs at schools and
libraries. Minimum order is $25. |

Here are the requirements to receive the sales bonus or the recruiting bonus.
PERSONAL SALES BONUS
Earn 5% of total monthly net sales over $700 (consultants and supervisors)
Earn 3% of total monthly net sales $350-$699 (consultants only)
RECRUITING BONUS
You are eligible for a 4% Cash Recruiting Bonus on all sales of your personal
recruits in each month when you sell $350 net.
